本研究は、医療データに基づき患者の声を収集する手法（Claim-based Enumeration Sampling: CBES）の社会実装を目指し、技術的・社会的課題の解決を図るものである。レセプト病名の妥当性や疾患認識、患者参画への志向性、法制度の課題を多面的に検討し、得られた知見を実際のCBESに適用する。これにより、多様な疾患や集団に対してCBESの応用可能性を拡大し、医療政策への患者視点の効果的な導入と医療データの利活用を促進する。
