Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、我が国におけるPFASと発がん性の関連を明らかにすることを目的とし、日本人を対象にしたコホート内症例対照研究を実施する。本研究では以下の研究項目に取り組む。
1) タンデム質量分析法による血清中の7種のPFASの超高感度定量法の確立
2) コホート内症例対照研究の対象者の選択と血清検体中の7種のPFAS濃度の測定
3) 各種PFAS濃度とがん罹患の関連の評価
本研究により、我が国独自のPFASの真のリスクを明らかにし、日本におけるPFASの発がんリスクに関する正確な情報を社会発信することが期待される。
