Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、出生コホートであるBOSHI研究およびエコチル調査の追加調査において、児の思春期・青年期における家庭血圧測定を実施し、妊娠期間中の血圧変動や遺伝環境要因が将来の血圧や循環器代謝疾患リスクに与える影響を明らかにする。家庭環境下で長期にわたり測定された血圧データを活用することで、調査会場では得られない胎生期環境要因と遺伝要因の独立した影響を詳細に検討する。
