Outline of Research at the Start

1. R６年度までに開発した死別前後の患者家族の苦痛を軽減するための介入の無作為化比較試験を行い、その有用性を検討する。
2. がん患者の遺族を対象とした精神心理的サポートに関する現状とそのニードに関する調査の結果を解析し、現状とニードを把握する。
3. 2 の結果をもとにがん患者の死別後の苦痛を軽減するための遺族のニードに基づいた介入を開発し、対面式で介入を行い、その有用性を検討する。
4. 1,2,3 の結果をもとに、がん患者との死別後の苦痛を軽減するための遺族のニードに基づいたスマートフォンアプリを開発し、その有用性を検討するための無作為化比較試験を行う。
