Outline of Research at the Start

GDMでは妊娠と血糖管理の両立、産後の育児と健康管理の両立が必要となり、セルフケア支援には専門性が求められる。しかし、医療提供体制や社会資源は施設や地域で差があり、常に専門的な知識やスキルを持つ医師・医療従事者が担当する院内体制や連携体制を整えることは難しい。そのため、エビデンスや理論を基に、自己管理を後押しする認知的支援や、心理的支援、食事や運動に関する具体的な提案など療養支援に関する構成要素を含んだセルフケア支援ツールが求められる。そこで、スマホアプリを作成し活用することで、GDM妊婦自身が自己管理を実践でき、また、多様なフィールドで妊婦に関わる医療従事者は質の高い療養支援を実践できる。
