Outline of Research at the Start

日本人男性の妊孕性低下は著しく、なかでも造精機能障害が大半を占め、諸外国の中でも圧倒的な悪化を遂げている。造精機能障害の要因の一つとして、近年、不規則な生活習慣による酸化ストレスの影響が指摘されているが、妊孕力向上のための生活習慣に焦点を当てた介入はまだ無く、男性が子どもを授かることの希望が絶たれてしまう可能性はもちろん、本邦における少子化への加速は否めない。
そこで本研究では、生殖年齢にある男性の妊孕力向上のための社会実装型プレコンセプションケア教育プログラムを開発し、介入前後における男性の血中の男性ホルモンと精液中の酸化ストレスを評価、プログラム効果について検証することを目的とする。
