Outline of Research at the Start

応募者は妊婦の緊急帝王切開に対する適応力を高めるための出産前準備教育プログラム
（PEACE）を開発し、多様な教材ツールで効果を検証してきたが、それによって心構えができた女性でも緊急帝切は過酷な出産体験ゆえに、PTSDや産後うつのリスクを有する女性も少数存在し、出産前教育による介入だけでは限界があった。
そこで、本研究では①CBTを活用し緊急帝切に特化したバースレビュー（BREW）のガイドを開発し、②パイロットランダム化比較試験で検証する。③BREWを実践する助産師の育成プログラムと開発した教材をパッケージ化し、④育成プログラム修了者のBREWの実践結果を女性・助産師双方の視点で効果検証する。
