Outline of Research at the Start

神経症状の進行による患者の生活の質の低下と家族の介護負担、保因者としての影響を含めた家族全体を詳細に把握するための患者報告型アウトカムパッケージを用いることで、新規の治療や看護介入の効果を検討するための多面的評価が実施できることが期待される。そのため、本研究では、ライソゾーム病患者と家族にインタビュー調査を行い、その結果によって作成された尺度を用いたアンケート調査によって、尺度の信頼性と妥当性の検証を行う。
