Outline of Research at the Start	本申請者らはこれまで構築してきた地域包括的な在宅透析患者支援システムに、透析日・非透析日を問わない透析患者の運動の実施・継続を促す追加構築してきた。この支援システムに、新たに腎臓リハビリテーションに基づいた運動療法機能、食事療法機能を付加構築する。これにより、高齢透析患者のサルコペニア予防もおこなえるシステム構築を目指す。在宅療養中の高齢透析患者が病気と共生しながら、地域で意欲を持って活動できるようにするするために、医療スタッフが看守る中、透析患者・家族を最大限支援しようとするものである。しかも、本支援システムの構築には、既構築システムの付加機能とし、開発経費の節約、開発時間の短縮を図る。
