Outline of Research at the Start	研究期間は3年間（2025-27年）であり、1年目には高齢期の働き方のシステマティックレビューとインタビュー調査を、2年目にはコホート調査（追跡調査）を、3年目にはインタビュー調査と知見を踏まえたリーフレットの作成を行う。なお、コホート調査のベースライン調査は2023年に実施済である。
