Outline of Research at the Start	フレイルの予防において、地域在住高齢者を対象に個人が主体的かつ安価に実施できる持続可能な介入プログラムを開発することが望まれているが、いまだそのような報告はない。本研究は、地域在住高齢者においてフレイル有無別に持続可能な介入をその頻度を変えたランダム化比較試験を行うことにより、フレイル該当者別の介入効果をフレイル発生率、要支援・要介護認定発生率、総医療費・総介護費から検証する。
