Outline of Research at the Start

間質性肺疾患（ILD）は経過中に急性増悪をきたすことがあり，生命予後の悪化とともに，生存患者の日常生活活動（ADL）や生活の質（QOL）に深刻な影響を及ぼしている。同患者では，退院時ADL能力の維持は重要な治療目標であり，入院早期からの積極的なリハビリテーションが必要となる。本研究ではまず，同患者に積極的運動療法を併用する早期離床プログラムを実施し，退院時ADL能力向上に及ぼす影響を検討する。また，ILDは退院後も継続したフォローアップが必要となるため，オンラインによる遠隔リハビリテーションを適用，ADL能力維持への効果についても検証し，本患者のQOLの向上と長期機能予後改善への寄与を目指す。
