Outline of Research at the Start

嚥下障害は，運動障害と感覚障害に大別される．運動障害への治療が進む一方で，嚥下誘発が低下する感覚障害には効果な治療が存在しない．患者数が増加している嚥下障害において，感覚障害への対応は急務であり，嚥下誘発機序に基づいた評価法を確立し，感覚障害の病態を把握する必要がある．そこで，本研究は，複数の感覚刺激を用いて，嚥下誘発神経回路，嚥下反射応答および咀嚼時の嚥下応答の検索を行い，嚥下誘発機序の解明を目指している．
