Outline of Research at the Start

“痛み”とは何なのか，どのような行動療法が疼痛緩和に有効であるかを明らかにする．元来複雑な心的概念である痛みは，脳卒中リハビリテーション研究において単純化されがちである．本研究では，脳損傷によって生じる持続的または発作的な痛みや異常感覚であるCPSPの研究を通じてこの大きな問いに貢献することを目指す．なお，本研究課題におけるCPSPは，中枢神経が原因で生じる痛みや異常感覚のみを指す．
