Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、廃用性筋萎縮に関わるPGJ2、Δ12-PGJ2、15d-PGJ2の生理的機能と産生動態を解析し、廃用性筋萎縮モデル動物において受容体への拮抗阻害剤を用いた Invivo 評価を行う。最新のライブイメージング細胞機能性試験、類縁体脂質の質量分析と質量分析イメージングから動物モデル実験までの実証を段階的に進め、将来の廃用性筋萎縮の治療につながる治療薬の開発を目指す。
