Outline of Research at the Start

運動はエネルギー代謝や脳機能の亢進などの全身適応を誘導することが知られているが、その詳細な制御機構に関しては未だ多くの不明点が残されている。運動に伴うGタンパク質共役型受容体（GPCR）の活性化は、脂肪組織の量・質的適応を惹起するとともに、アディポカインや代謝産物を介して全身エネルギー代謝・脳機能の調節に関与している可能性がある。以上より本研究では、運動に伴う全身適応の分子基盤としての脂肪細胞GPCRの寄与を検証するとともに、その薬理・栄養学的応用の可能性を検討する。
