Outline of Research at the Start

試合等の強いプレッシャー下では，パフォーマンスの低下（あがり）がしばしば観察される。それとは逆に，プレッシャー下で実力以上のパフォーマンスを発揮する現象は「クラッチ」と呼ばれ，試合では歓迎される現象である。本研究では，クラッチを生じさせ得る方策を組み合わせて，あがりを防止しパフォーマンスを向上させる統合型クラッチ誘発法を創出する。前帯状回(anterior cingulate cortex: ACC)の抑制に着目し，特別な訓練なしで容易に適用できる統合型クラッチ誘発法を提供する。
