Outline of Research at the Start	CREBH欠損マウスは脂質代謝異常、慢性炎症を増悪化し、生活習慣病の終末像である肝がんを発症する。CREBHはすべての脂肪酸代謝プロセスを活性化させるにも関わらず、脂質代謝を改善させる一方向に調節し、養代謝全般の恒常性を維持する機能を有することを見出している。本課題では独自に開発したCREBH遺伝子改変マウスを用い、分子レベルから病態モデルマウスで脂質代謝制御が引き起こす脂肪酸組成の変化が生活習慣病の病態へどのような影響を与えるかを明らかにする。CREBH欠損時に生じる脂質の量と質の恒常性の破綻が炎症、組織再生異常を増悪化させ、線維化を引き起こす分子メカニズムを明らかにする。
