Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，過敏性腸症候群患者を対象に，セルフマネジメント支援を目的とした脳波バイオフィードバック装置（IBS-NecDef）とe-learningシステムを開発し，その有効性を検証する．第1研究は，IBS有症状者100名を対象に，Fitbitを用いた休息・睡眠パターンと症状・QOLの変化を12ヶ月間追跡し，効果的な休息・睡眠戦略のモデル化と教育資料の作成を行う．第2研究は，IBS-NecDefと休息・睡眠教育コンテンツを用いて介入する．第3研究は，IBS-eHealthを用いた二重盲検無作為化比較試験（各群20名）を実施し，腸内細菌叢・脳波・内臓感覚・QOL等を指標として，有効性を検証する．
