Outline of Research at the Start

生成AIなど大規模化が進むエッジでのAI計算の本質的な課題を、メモリとプロセッシングを一体化したCiM(Computation-in-Memory)回路システムにより解決する。特にIoTやモバイル用途などエッジAI推論に向け、AIアクセラレータ:3次元積層ハイブリッドCiM(Computation-in-Memory)回路システムを構築し、従来のGPU・CPUなどに比べて電力を1/100以下に削減し、究極の低電力化を実現する。
