Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、大阪・関西万博（2025年）およびアジア競技大会（2026年）の前後において、都市環境に存在するマイクロバイオーム（微生物群集とその遺伝子）の多様性変化を解析し、微生物遺伝子が都市へ持ち込まれる経路と時期を明らかにすることを目的とする。感染症対策に資する公的に利用可能な都市環境データを提供する。
