Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では「日本国温室効果ガスインベントリ報告書」において未記載である廃止石油坑井からの漏出メタンに注目して，秋田県黒川油田跡における現地調査により高精度に測定するデータを，高解像度衛星画像解析と照合することによって，日本における廃止石油坑井からの狭域・広域のメタン排出量に関する初の定量化を目指す．定量化したメタン排出量をもとにして，坑井を封鎖した場合のメタン削減効果としてのカーボンクレジット発行に向けた諸課題とプロセスについて検証し，鉱害防止支援事業全般における「公共関与」政策と財政支援の新たな方向性を提示することを目的とする．
