Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、カーボンニュートラル(CN)をめざす政策の検討に不可欠と考えられる地方公共団体ごとのCO2排出量に焦点を当て、これまで明らかでなかった1990年以前の県別部門別排出量を推計し、中長期にわたる各県のCO2排出特性の変化を、修正ウィーバー法の適用により明らかにすることを目的とする。さらに、各県の排出特性と開発政策との関係性を考察する。これらの知見を集積して公開することを通じ、県の排出特性に応じた中長期のCN政策を、各県の政策担当者等が検討できるようにすることへ貢献する。
