Outline of Research at the Start

脱炭素化に向けたエネルギー転換に伴う地域レベルでの社会的課題の解決には、地域主導による再生可能エネルギー（再エネ）事業の推進、再エネの導入促進および立地規制のための自治体条例が重要である。本研究では、日本の自治体を対象として、①再エネ事業の所有構造と②地域トラブル、③再エネと原子力発電の地域経済効果に焦点を当て、政治学・経済学・法学の学際的な観点から総合的・定量的に実証する。これらの研究結果と地域からのエネルギー転換を推進するドイツでの現地調査を踏まえて、日本のカーボンニュートラル達成に向けた④再エネと地域との共生への政策提言を行う。
