Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題は、イスラミック・ツーリズムにおけるアセット・マネジメントの理念・実態を分析することで、地域コミュニティの宗教資産の集積と資産価値をめぐる実態を解明することにある。その際、イスラミック・ツーリズムによってアセット・マネジメントを推進している「イスラーム・アセット・マネジメント組織」による宗教資産の集積の動きに着目しながら、資産価値の評価をめぐる社会的インパクトに焦点を当てて分析を行う。本研究は、コミュニティにおける観光活動のベースとなる宗教資産に着目し、観光振興にともなってムスリム・コミュニティの宗教資産の集積が資産価値としていかに評価されていくのかを論じていく。
