Outline of Research at the Start

芸術を通じた社会包摂的な事業を実施する際に調整役としてのアーツマネジャーに求められる「文化の翻訳」スキルの可視化と社会実装を行う。①「文化の翻訳」に関する芸術現場の実態に合わせた理論化 ②芸術現場での「文化の翻訳」観察と、それを踏まえた実践現場での検討 ③社会包摂に関わる芸術現場での「文化の翻訳」スキルの社会実装 の３つの段階を設け、現地調査や研究会を行う。
