Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、実質的構想とカント哲学とを接続することによって、自律尊重の道徳基底的解釈を提案することである。実質的構想に対しては、自律尊重の失敗という重大な批判があるが、実質的構想はこの批判に十分に応えることができていない。実質的構想に基づき自律の尊重を考えることの主たる困難は、行為者の選好を修正せずに受け入れるという自律尊重の選好基底的解釈を用いることができないにもかかわらず、その他に利用可能な解釈がないという点にある。本研究では、実質的構想が利用可能な解釈をカント哲学の研究を通して道徳基底的解釈として構築することによって、実質的構想に基づく自律尊重のあり方を提案する。
