Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では援助対象の比較を契約主義の視点から行うことで、特定された少数者(F)と統計的な多数者(M)、どちらへの援助が正当化されるのかという問題を考察する。たとえば、心臓移植が必要な一人の子どもへの寄付を考察するにあたって、比較する選択肢は複数ある（こども食堂やユニセフ、動物保護団体への寄付等）。しかし非理想的状況にあっては、我々の時間と能力、そして関心には限りがあり、可能な全ての選択肢と比較を行う訳ではないと想定しうる。どのような寄付が行為者の関心事であり、Fへの寄付がどのようなMの寄付と比較されるならば、前者は正当化されるのか（またはされないのか）。この問題を本研究では明らかにする。
