Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、カント哲学と現代の基本的人権の関係に焦点を当て、カントの実践哲学が基本的人権の基礎づけや人権のリストの策定、人権を保証するための法的・政治的制度などについて何を語りうるかを解明することである。この目的のため、Ａ.カント哲学による人権の基礎づけの可能性と限界の検討、B.「人権の哲学」における主流理論とカント哲学における人権構想の比較、C.基本的人権のリストの提示、といった課題に取り組む。最終的には「人権の哲学」と呼ばれる領域で主流のアプローチとなっている人権の「道徳的（自然本性的）構想」とも「政治的構想」とも異なる「カント的構想」を提示することを目指す。
