Outline of Research at the Start

カント倫理学は、一般に理性主義の立場であり、感情や感性を厳しく退ける立場とされる。しかし感情や主観的な契機を重視している側面も見出すことができる。カントがイギリス道徳感情論から批判的に継承した要素を分析すると、そのことが見えてくる。本研究では理性と感情を対立的に捉えるのではなく、補い合う関係に着目することで、新しいカント読解を模索する。分析にあたっては、関係する人物がとるさまざまな観点の整理も重視する。また現代カント主義者の議論も念頭に置きながら進める。研究成果は学会発表および論文として公表することを試みる。
