Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、レヴィナスの存在論に注目し、その歴史的意義を明らかにするとともに、現代倫理学の課題解決への新たな糸口を探ることを試みるものである。そのために本研究は、イリヤ(il y a)概念を起点とするレヴィナス存在論の歴史的背景を浮き彫りにしながら、主体の質料性や「傷つきやすさ」へと波及する彼独自の存在理解を「質料的存在論」という統一的枠組の下で把握し、その全容解明を図る。以上の作業を通して本研究は、新たな存在論の創造者というこれまでにないレヴィナス像を提示するとともに、最終的には現代の共生論への発展的応用に資するような、脆弱な質料的実存を基盤とした現代倫理学の基礎理論の構築を目指す。
