Outline of Research at the Start

今日さまざまな場所で「陰謀論」「ポストトゥルース」など従来までの真理観や概念を無効化する言葉が聞かれる。これらは西洋近代の思想的発展の傍らで生まれた現象であり、そこでは虚構や想像の機能を利用した価値転倒や偽のものの氾濫が生じている。こうした現象はフランス現代思想の理論的帰結のひとつだと指摘されてきた。本研究はフランス現代思想の代表的な著作を、受容された時代状況と関連付けながら精緻に再読することで、真偽を撹乱する現代の現象の生成過程とその力学を解明する。最終的に本研究は、一連の受容と展開の精査を経て、思想・哲学の「大衆化」が引き起こす功罪とそれを超える新しい「ポピュラー哲学」の可能性を示したい。
