Outline of Research at the Start	気候変動がティッピング・ポイントに近づきつつあるという認識の下で、環境美学が気候危機に寄与できるものは何かを探究し、最新の環境芸術が指し示す私たちと世界との関係を再構築する新たな思考モデルの確立を目指す。本研究は、大規模な気候変動の到来した現代をポスト環境主義の時代と位置づけ、気候変動をテーマにした環境芸術の実例を、持続可能な展示形態を探る様々な取り組みと併せて調査し、環境正義と政治的エコロジーを踏まえたポスト環境主義の時代の自然理解を目的とする。そのために、人間と自然を区分する西洋の認識論における人間中心主義や環境に対する人間の主権という仮定に異議を唱えるさまざまな視点から自然を再定義する。
