Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、暈繝（うんげん）彩色に対して技術史的観点からの検証をおこなうため、対象の色彩における法則について分析を行うことで、復元的観点に基づく実践研究と歴史的観点からの総合的解釈を試みる。本研究によって、暈繝彩色の色彩における法則が具体化されることで、目視観察や自然科学的手法による材料分析、類例比較といった従来の検証方法に加え、技術史的観点に基づくより信頼性の高い検証が可能となる。本研究で行う技術史的観点からの検証を用いた暈繝彩色の色彩の復元は、これまで「形」の問題が重視されてきた彩色及び文様研究において、「色」を切り口とするような新たな研究への展開が期待できる。
