Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、不安障害がある児童・思春期青年においてその不安症状の顕著な軽減にむけた音楽療法の効果や方法を明らかにする研究である。この子らの心理的・精神的ウェルビーイングに与える影響の音楽的・医学的要素を明らかにし、包括的支援を行う環境の整備を目指す。本研究から得られる成果は、不安障害によって伸び悩学業や重篤な自己肯定感の低さが改善できるほか、それが仲間関係の健全な育成つながることで、心理面、精神面及び社会面の多面的な成長を促進することができる。
