Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、現在国際的に注目されている「グローバルな公共財としての文化」に関する議論を分析して文化の公共性概念を再検討するとともに、我が国の文化政策に不足する視点を検討し、文化政策の新たなあり方を構築することを目的とする。 2022年、ユネスコの文化政策に関する世界会議で「グローバルな公共財としての文化」が打ち出された。この概念は、文化の役割を持続可能で包摂的な社会に不可欠な要素として位置づけ、文化多様性や芸術家等の文化的権利を重視している。国際的な議論を参照しながら、日本において不足する文化の公共性概念の再検討を行うことによって、持続可能で人間的な社会の構築につながる文化政策のあり方を提示する。
