Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、対話型アート鑑賞法（Visual Thinking Strategies：VTS）を医療教育に導入し、観察力・共感力・メタ認知力などのノンテクニカルスキル（NTS）の育成効果を検証する。視線解析を用いた客観的評価や、長期フォローによる行動変容の分析を通じて、VTSの教育的有用性を多角的に評価する。日本の文化的背景を考慮した新しい医療教育カリキュラムの構築と、ファシリテーター育成も行い、持続可能な教育モデルの確立を目指す。
