Outline of Research at the Start	申請者はこれまでに、ピアノ演奏時における手指の巧緻性向上に有効とされる動作を抽出し、それらのエクササイズを実践する前後においてピアノ演奏への影響を検証してきた。本研究では、これまでの調査で得られた知見を基に、効果的なエクササイズの方法を明示した「イラスト付きの手順書」を作成する。作成した手順書に基づき、研究対象者に当該エクササイズを約２ヶ月間継続して実践してもらい、その効果については、ピアノ演奏および演奏身体法の専門家による客観的評価、表面筋電図による筋活動量の測定、モーションキャプチャを用いた演奏動作の映像解析、さらに実践者自身による主観的な自己評価の４観点から多角的に検証を行う。
