Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、「外国人集住地区・団地におけるコミュニティ・アートを通した移民・難民の「居場所づくり」と芸術実践者の「ケア観」の特性とは何か」を明らかにするものである。事例研究に、カナダ・トロント、シンガポール、浜松における団地でのコミュニティ・アートの実践を挙げる。理論的視座には、ケアの実践理論「反抑圧ソーシャルワーク実践（Anti-Oppressive Social Work Practice、AOP）」を置く。抽出された概念をケア実践者の心得として書かれたドナ・ベインズの「AOPの10のテーマ」と比較し、例外性を見つけ、問いに対する応答を探究するほか、日本への政策提言へと導く。
