我が国が文化観光を目指していく流れの中、芸術文化及び観光両業界において新たな発想で
次世代を担う専門人材の育成は急務の課題である。本研究では必要とされている専門人材の育成
のため、大学教育の中での長期インターンシップに関し、そのあり方を考察の上、提言する。
