Outline of Research at the Start	障害の「人権モデル」は、個人のインペアメント（機能障害）と社会的障壁によって障害(disability)がもたらされるとする「社会モデル」から影響を受けているが、人権モデルにおけるインペアメント概念の役割は必ずしも明確ではない。本研究は「認知されたインペアメント」の概念に注目しながら、メンタルヘルスケアにおける人権モデルの概念的基盤を解明することを目的とする。また、メンタルヘルスケアの領域において心的な反応や行動の根底にインペアメントを想定することが差別と抑圧の構造を生み出している可能性を検討するとともに、脱病理化と本人中心のケアを指向するアプローチの研究を進め、その哲学的基盤を明らかにする。
