Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、中国古典文学における「身体表象」に着目し、「描かれる身体」について「セクシュアリティ」を中心に様々な観点から分析することを通じて、中国近世の人々の「身体観」の一端を明らかにすることを目指すものである。本研究では、さまざまな身体表象を見出すことができる中国近世の古典小説を主たる研究対象とし、複数の研究者による共同研究を通じて、中国近世の「描かれる身体」を考える。その上でさらに、地域や分野を越境した身体研究へと架橋することも目指す。
