Outline of Research at the Start

本課題はハンガリー出身でブダペスト、ウィーン、ベルリン、モスクワで活躍した詩人、劇作家、映画評論家のバラージュに関する研究である。第一次世界大戦後の亡命先のウィーンとベルリンでの活動に焦点をあて、彼の創作上の実験的試み（映画や舞台芸術、文学などのジャンル横断、複数名の協働による作品執筆、ドイツ語とハンガリー語での棲み分けなど）について分析を行う。複数言語を用いた多岐にわたるバラージュの活動を、彼自身の人的交流などの日常生活と、非日常的なイベントとの連続性で捉え、ひいては「作品」概念そのものの再検討を行い芸術・文学研究に新しい視座をもたらすことを目指す。
