Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、法的フィクションのレトリック性を考察し、法言語学と法的レトリック研究の接点を探るものである。法的フィクションを法的状況に特有な、自らの存在を言語のみに負う創造的認識ととらえ、その存在を担保する言語の働きについて、法的フィクションの典型である法人、特に「会社」「AI（人工知能）」といった非個人・非自然人の法人化をめぐる問題を中心に研究する。
