Outline of Research at the Start	翻訳産業ではAI翻訳や大規模言語モデル（LLM）の導入で翻訳の仕事の効率化の動きが活発化し、翻訳者の労働条件の悪化や「やりがい搾取」の問題が表面化している。本研究では、日本で働く翻訳者の労働生活の質調査を行い、翻訳者がAIと共存しながら高い仕事の満足度と継続的な就労意欲を維持するためにはどのような労働環境が必要かを特定する。また、申請者が英国で行った研究結果と比較し、調査結果の社会実装に国別の差別化が必要かどうかを考える。
