Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、外国人散在地域である能登地域を対象に、定住外国人の現状と震災における日本語教育を巡る支援と活動の実態を明らかにする。さらに、被災地の外国人、支援者、組織が、震災がもたらす環境の変化に対してどのようなレジリエンス（回復、変容に至るプロセス）を発揮しているのか、特にどのような取り組みがレジリエンスの原動力となっているのかを考察し、日本語教育支援の連携モデルを構築する。日本では、今後更なる外国人材の活用も検討されていると同時に、大きな地震が発生する可能性も指摘され、大雨による災害等も毎年のように発生している。このような状況で、今回の研究成果が将来的に活用できる場面は増加すると考える。
