| Outline of Research at the Start |
外国人児童生徒等の受入れが増加しており、学校では初期の日本語指導だけでなく教科の授業においてどのような対応をすればよいかが新たな課題となっている。外国人児童生徒等の授業参加を促進するためには、一般の教員が指導で用いることばに対する意識を高め、日本語指導が必要な子どもが参加する授業を言語活動としてデザインする力が求められる。この力を「ことば意識」と呼ぶ。
本研究では、教員にはどのようなことば意識が必要かを、ベテラン教員へのインタビュー等で得られたデータをもとに明らかにする。またその成果を踏まえ、ことば意識を養成するための教員養成カリキュラムを提案することを目指す。
