Outline of Research at the Start

多くの女性が活躍する日本語教育分野で、子育て期の日本語教師が困難や葛藤を感じつつも、専門性を発達させていくことが、教師不足と教育の質の維持・向上の鍵を握っている。本研究の目的は、子育て期の日本語教師が抱える困難や葛藤、および子育て期における教師としての専門性発達プロセスを解明することである。そのために、語り聴く場の実施とオートエスノグラフィの記述、さらにTEAを採用して調査をする。本研究を通して、子育て期にある日本語教師の専門性発達の全体像を把握することを目指す。
