Outline of Research at the Start

日本語教師研修において、教師が自身の教育実践をもとに対話を行うワークショップ型の教師研修が行われるようになったが、教師個人の学びが注目される一方で、実践現場における課題解決や組織改革までを視野に入れた支援は行われていない。実践現場の課題解決は、研修において教師にどのように働きかければ可能になるか。そこで、本研究では、教師個人だけでなく教師の所属する組織にまで働きかける教師研修のための「現場の課題解決をめざした日本語教師の学習ループをつくるファシリテーション」を提案する。研修の実施と評価を踏まえ、教師の実践現場の課題解決や組織改革までを含めた支援を行うファシリテーションを開発する。
