Outline of Research at the Start

外国語習得を含め、様々な場面で何かを成し遂げるためには「やる気」は大切だ。しかし、「やる気はあるが行動が伴わない」といった経験をしたことのある人も多いはずである。本研究は、動機づけの先にある行動面を含む課題に取り組む。具体的には、近年注目されている「学習者エンゲージメント (EG)」（学習者が夢中になって、目の前の活動や学習に主体的、意欲的に取り組んでいる状態）に焦点をあて、応募者が得てきたSDTと協同学習 (CL) の知見に基いて、日本人英語学習者の学習活動に対するEGを促進する方法を学術的に検討し、教育現場への提言をおこなう。
